
Commercial Sales Agent
Excelsior Realty Services is seeking a highly motivated and driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, and developers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the listing and sales of commercial properties
- Respond to client inquiries and provide expert guidance and advice on all aspects of the real estate transaction process
- Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and marketing materials to potential clients
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions, including leases, sales, and purchases
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve common goals and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Must secure and maintain a New York State real estate license; Salesperson or Associate Broker (not required for interview process)
- Experience in commercial real estate sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the New York City commercial real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
Compensation:
- This is a 100% commission-only position.
- This is a remote position.
- Both full and part-time positions available
