Commercial Sales Agent

Excelsior Realty Services is seeking a highly motivated and driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, and developers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the listing and sales of commercial properties
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide expert guidance and advice on all aspects of the real estate transaction process
  • Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and marketing materials to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close real estate transactions, including leases, sales, and purchases
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve common goals and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Must secure and maintain a New York State real estate license; Salesperson or Associate Broker (not required for interview process)
  • Experience in commercial real estate sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the New York City commercial real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field a plus

Compensation:

  • This is a 100% commission-only position.
  • This is a remote position.
  • Both full and part-time positions available
